Market Dates:

• Market Period: From market publication until July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
• Market Close: July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
• Resolution Time: Upon finalization of the final day's status box for July 2026, typically August 1, 2026. If the final day has not been finalized by August 7, 2026 (ET), this market will resolve based on the days finalized up to that point.

Resolution Criteria:

• This market resolves based on the total number of days in July 2026 during which Claude (claude.ai) experiences any downtime, according to the outcome ranges listed below.
• Claude is considered to have experienced downtime on a given day if the Claude Status historical uptime page for the claude.ai component (https://status.claude.com/uptime/) displays that day's status box as any color other than green once the day's status box is finalized.
• A day is considered finalized once the following day's status box displays a color other than the grey used for days that have not yet begun.
• Daily status boxes for Claude components other than claude.ai (e.g., API, Claude Code) will not impact this market's resolution.

Resolution Details:

• This market will resolve once the final day of July 2026 is finalized on the Claude Status historical uptime page.
• If the final day of July has not been finalized by August 7, 2026 (ET), this market will resolve based on the number of days that have been finalized up to that time.

Resolution Sources:

• The primary resolution source for this market is the Claude Status historical uptime page for the claude.ai component (https://status.claude.com/uptime/).

Cancellation Conditions:

• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively.
• The resolution source is suspended, becomes unreliable, or fails to provide sufficient information to determine the outcome.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of their shares at cancellation.
