Market Dates

• Market Closing: December 31, 2025, 00:00 UTC
• Market Period: From publication until December 31, 2025, 00:00 UTC
• Resolution Deadline: December 31, 2025, after the last index publication or early if either target value (80 or 40) is reached during the Market Period

Resolution Criteria

• The market resolves to "≥ 80" if the index reaches or exceeds 80 before reaching 40
• The market resolves to "≤ 40" if the index reaches or falls below 40 before reaching 80
• If neither value is reached by the deadline, the market will be canceled

Resolution Method

• Only the official daily Fear & Greed Index value from alternative.me/crypto will be considered
• Index values must be officially published and visible on the website
• Screenshots or third-party reports will not be considered

Cancellation Conditions

The market will be canceled if:

• Neither target value (80 or 40) is reached by the deadline
• The Fear & Greed Index website permanently ceases operations
• The index methodology undergoes significant changes
• Technical issues prevent reliable tracking of the index

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
