Market dates:

• Market Period: From the time of market publication through December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Closing: December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: The market will resolve at or before closing, depending on whether the ATH is surpassed during the period

Yes/No Criteria

• Resolves to "Yes" if Ethereum's price exceeds $4,891.70 at any point during the market period
• Resolves to "No" if Ethereum's price remains at or below $4,891.70 through the entire market period

Resolution

• The market will be resolved using Binance's ETH/USDT spot price, specifically:
  • any 1-minute candle during the market period
  • "Close" price
  • "Original" view
• Any closing price on a 1-minute candle strictly above $4,891.70 will constitute a new all-time high and resolve the market to "Yes"

Cancellation Conditions

This market will be canceled if:

• Binance's trading platform becomes unavailable or significantly disrupted
• The ETH/USDT spot market is suspended or affected by abnormal trading activity
• Any issue makes it impossible to reliably determine whether a new ATH was reached

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
