Resolution Criteria:

Resolves to whichever bracket Ethereum’s price falls into at the Resolution Time. For example, if Ethereum’s price is $4,750.00, this market resolves to “≥4750.”

Resolution:

The outcome will be determined using Binance's ETH/USDT spot price chart, specifically:.

• 1-minute timeframe ("1m").
• “Original” view.
• Close (C) price at October 15, 2025, 11:59 PM UTC.

If the price candle at Resolution Time is not available, the last available candle will be used for resolution.

Cancelation Conditions:

The market will be canceled if:

• The resolution source becomes unavailable, unreliable or experience major changes.
• Any technical issues prevent reliable price verification.
• Significant changes to the token's structure occur.
