Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the ETH/USDT price on Binance is above the Market Target at Resolution Time.
• Resolves to “No” if the price is at or below the Market Target at Resolution Time.

Resolution Details:

• The Binance ETH/USDT spot price will be used, specifically:
  • One minute timeframe ("1m")
  • “Trading" view
  • “Close” price
• Only the price of ETH/USDT as quoted by Binance (spot market) will be considered.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The ETH/USDT spot market on Binance is suspended or becomes unreliable.
• The Binance platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
