Market Targets:

• This event contains multiple independent ETH/USDT Market Targets.
• Each Market Target resolves independently as either "Yes" or "No".

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if the Binance ETH/USDT spot price is above the respective Market Target at Resolution Time.
• Resolves to "No" if the Binance ETH/USDT spot price is equal to or below the respective Market Target at Resolution Time.

• Only the Binance ETH/USDT spot price chart will be considered, specifically:
  • One minute candles ("1m")
  • "Trading View"
  • "Close" price

Cancellation Conditions:

• The ETH/USDT spot market on Binance is suspended or becomes unreliable.
• The Binance platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
