Market Dates

• Market Period: From market publication until October 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM UTC.
• Observation Period: This market observes the 20 consecutive 30-minutes candles of ASTER/USDT and HYPE/USDT from October 4, 2025, 12:00 PM UTC through October 4, 2025 at 10:00 PM UTC
• Market Close: The market closes on October 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM UTC, three hours before the Resolution Time.
• Resolution Time: The market resolves once the Observation Period ends — or earlier if the outcome is reached.

Resolution Criteria

• Resolves to “ASTER” if ASTERUSDT records more green 30min candles (closing price > opening price) than HYPE during the Observation Period.
• Resolves to HYPE” if HYPEUSDT records more green 30min candles (closing price > opening price) than ASTER during the Observation Period.
• Neutral candles (closing price = opening price) do not count toward the total.

Tie-Breaker:

• If the count is exactly even, the market will resolve in favor of the token — ASTER or HYPE— with the greater price difference between its opening (O) and closing (C) prices on the first and last candle of the Observation Period, respectively.
  • If ASTER shows a larger O→C delta, it resolves to “ASTER”
  • Otherwise, it resolves to “HYPE”

Resolution Details

The outcome will be determined using TradingView spot charts for both Tokens (Tether US Perpetual Contract / Binance), specifically:

• ASTER: https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=BINANCE%3AASTERUSDT.P
• HYPE: https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=BINANCE%3AHYPEUSDT.P
  • 30-Minutes timeframe (“30”) for the 20 observed candles

Cancellation Conditions

This market will be canceled if:

• The TradingView platform is unavailable at the Resolution Time.
• Either HYPE/USDT or ASTER/USDT spot market is suspended or inaccessible.
• Technical issues prevent reliable access to price data.
• Any condition makes it impossible to determine the outcome based on the specified criteria.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation, which could result in either a profit or a loss depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
