Market Details:

• Market Period: From the publication date through September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Observation Period: From September 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM UTC to September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM
• Market Close: September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after Market Close, or earlier during the Observation Period, if the outcome is reached
• Market Target: $105,000

Resolution criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the BTC/USDT price on Binance remains above the Market Target throughout the Observation Period
• Resolves to “No” if the price falls to or below the Market Target at any point during the Observation Period.

Resolution details:

• The Binance BTC/USDT spot price will be used, specifically the 1-minute chart to determine if Bitcoin was trading below the Market Target during any time throughout the Observation Period
  • One minute timeframe ("1m")
  • “Original" view
  • “Close” price of each candle
• Only the price of BTC/USDT as quoted by Binance (spot market) will be considered.

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• The BTC/USDT spot market on Binance is suspended or becomes unreliable
• The Binance platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
