Market Dates:

• Market Close: October 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Observation Period: Upon publication date until October 26, 2025, the snapshot is published
• Resolution Time: October 27, 2025 once the resolution source has updated all data, including October 26, or earlier if the “Yes” outcome is achieved
• Market Target: 3.00M ETH

Yes/No Criteria

• The market resolves to "Yes" if Bitmine Immersion Tech’s ETH holdings are above the Market Target at any point during the Observation Period
• The market resolves to "No" if Bitmine Immersion Tech’s ETH holdings are equal to or below the Market Target at Resolution Time

Resolution:

• The outcome will be determined on Bitmine Immersion Tech’s historical ETH holding charts, specifically using the snapshots up until Sunday, October 26, 2025
• If October 26, 2025, data isn't available, the most recent previous data point will be used
• The comparison will be made based on the total number of ETH tokens held, not their USD value

Cancelation Conditions

The market will be canceled if:

• Bitmine Immersion Tech’s historical chart data becomes unavailable
• Bitmine Immersion Tech undergoes a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy
• The historical data cannot be reliably verified

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
