Market Dates:

• Market Close: September 30, 2025, at 9:30 AM ET, when Nasdaq opens for trading
• Resolution Time: September 30, 2025, at 4:00 PM ET, when Nasdaq closes for trading
• Market Target: $55,00

Yes/No Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if BMNR's official closing price on Nasdaq is strictly above the Market Target at Resolution Time.
• Resolves to "No" if BMNR's official closing price on Nasdaq is equal or below the Market Target at Resolution Time.

Resolution Details:

• This market resolves based on the official NASDAQ closing price data for BMNR stock determined at the end of trading hours on the NASDAQ exchange

Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled if:

• Trading is suspended or halted for a significant period on September 30th.
• The company is delisted from NASDAQ before resolution
• A merger, acquisition, or other corporate action significantly affects the stock price
• The official NASDAQ price data becomes unavailable
• Regular market trading is not conducted on September 30th due to unexpected exchange closure

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
