Market Dates:

• Market Period: From market publication until September 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM UTC.
• Observation Period: This market observes the 48 consecutive 1-hour BTC/USDT candles from September 27, 2025 at 00:00 UTC through September 29, 2025 at 00:00 UTC.
• Market Close: The market closes on September 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM UTC, twelve 1H candles before the Resolution Time.
• Resolution Time: September 29, 2025 at 00:00 UTC, once the “29 Sep ’25 00:00” candle is fully determined.

Red/Green Criteria:

• Resolves to “Green” if the majority of the 48 candles close green (closing price ≥ opening price).
• Resolves to “Red” if the majority of the 48 candles close red (closing price < opening price).
• Neutral Candles (closing price = opening price) won’t count for resolution.

Tie-Breaker:

• If the count is exactly even, the resolution will depend on the opening price (O) of the first candle compared with the closing price (C) of the last candle of the Observation Period
  • If the first is higher than the last, it resolves to “Red\\”\\.
  • Otherwise, it resolves to “Green\\”\\.

Resolution Details:

The outcome will be determined using the Binance BTC/USDT spot chart, specifically:

• “Trading view”
• 1-hour timeframe (“1H”) for the 48 observed candles.

Cancellation Conditions:

This market will be canceled if:

• The Binance platform is unavailable during the Resolution Time.
• The BTC/USDT spot market is suspended or unavailable.
• Any technical issues prevent reliable access to the price data.
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome based on the specified criteria.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
