Market Details:

• Market Period: From the publication date through December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Market Close: December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Resolution Time: As soon as a new Bitcoin all-time high is recorded, or following the end of the Market Period.
• Market Target: $126,199.63 (BTC’s All Time High as per Binance)

Market Outcomes:

• This event contains multiple independent outcomes corresponding to the specified dates listed in the market.
• Each outcome resolves independently as either “Yes” or “No”.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if Bitcoin spot price is above the Market Target on or before the specified date associated with that outcome.
• Resolves to “No” if Bitcoin spot price stays equal to or below the Market Target until the specified date associated with that outcome.

Resolution Details:

• Only the Binance BTC/USDT spot price chart will be considered, specifically:
  • Candles
  • One minute candles (“1m”)
  • “Trading View”
  • “High” price
• For clarity, an outcome referring to a month is interpreted as up until the final moment before that month begins. For example:
  • “Before July 2026” means on or before June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
• Each outcome will be evaluated independently based on whether a new all-time high has been recorded by the specified deadline.
• Prices from other exchanges, indices, or data providers will not be considered.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The BTC/USDT spot market on Binance is suspended or becomes unreliable.
• The Binance platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
