Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through September 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: September 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after CoinMarketCap uploads the Historical Snapshot for September 28, 2025.

Resolution criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if ASTER is in the top 40 cryptocurrencies on the CoinMarketCap “Cryptocurrency Historical Data Snapshot” for September 28, 2025
• Resolves to "No" if ASTER is ranked 41 or lower

Resolution details:

• This market will resolve exclusively based on CoinMarketCap’s Cryptocurrency Historical Data Snapshot for September 28, 2025.

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/invalid if:

• CoinMarketCap is suspended, becomes unreliable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
• Any circumstance prevents a reliable resolution at the Resolution Deadline.
• CoinMarketCap doesn’t upload the Cryptocurrency Historical Data Snapshot for September 28, 2025.
• ASTER is delisted from CoinMarketCap.

If the market is canceled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
