• Resolves to "No" if it isn’t.

Resolution:

The outcome will be determined using Binance’s APT/USDT chart, specifically:

• 1-minute timeframe ("1m").
• “Trading view”.
• Close (C) price.

Cancelation Conditions

The market will be canceled if:

• Binance becomes unavailable.
• Data about APT/USDT price becomes unavailable.
• Any technical issues prevent reliable resolution verification.

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
