Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date until March 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: March 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Deadline: April 1, 2026.

Resolution Criteria:

The market resolves to:

• “Apple” if AAPL’s market cap at the end of March is higher than GOOG's.
• “Google” if GOOG’s market cap at the end of March is higher than AAPL’s.

Resolution Details:

• The market will resolve based on the last data point displayed in March 2026 for each company on their respective pages on companiesmarketcap.com:
  • Apple: https://companiesmarketcap.com/apple/marketcap/
  • Google: https://companiesmarketcap.com/alphabet-google/marketcap/
• The last data point for March 2026 available in the “Market cap history” for each company will be used at the Resolution Deadline.

Cancellation Conditions:

• The resolution source is compromised or unavailable for prolonged periods
• Any circumstance makes it impossible to determine the outcome definitively

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
