Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Market Close: April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
• Resolution Time: The resolution will be determined after Market Close, or earlier if the outcome is reached.

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to “Yes” if Abstract or Luca Netz announce the Abstract TGE date within the Market Period.
• Resolves to “No” if no such announcement occurs.

Resolution Details:

• The Abstract Token Generation Event (TGE) needs to be announced with a specific date, containing at least a month and year. Confirming only the year will not be sufficient.
• Official communication channels of Abstract such as the X accounts of Abstract and Luca Netz will be used for resolution.
• The resolution of this market may be delayed if there is reason to suspect the resolution source may be corrupted.

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions:

• Any circumstance prevents reliable tracking during the Market Period
• Both resolution sources are suspended, become unreliable or experience significant disruptions during the Market Period

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
