Market Dates:

• Market Period: From the publication date through March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Market Close: March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC
• Resolution Deadline: The resolution will be determined after Market Close, or earlier if the outcome is reached

Resolution Criteria:

• Resolves to "Yes" if a new Super Mario Bros. World record with a time lower than 4:54.515 is confirmed by Speedrun.com
• Resolves to "No" if not

Resolution Details:

This market will resolve only based on confirmation of the Super Mario Bros. (1985) any% world record by Speedrun.com. Confirmation from other sources will not have any effect on the outcome of this market. Disputes of run legitimacy after resolution will not be considered.

Cancelation (Invalidity) Conditions

This market will be canceled/voided if:

• The resolution source becomes unavailable at the Resolution Deadline, is suspended, or becomes unreliable
• Any circumstance prevents outcome verification

In the event of cancelation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancelation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.
