• Resolution Time: May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

Market Targets:

• This event contains multiple independent “Pump” and “Dump” BTC/USDT Market Targets.
• “Pump” Targets (↑) are characterized by being above the BTC/USDT spot price at the start of the Observation Period.
• “Dump” Targets (↓) are characterized by being below the BTC/USDT spot price at the start of the Observation Period.
• Each Market Target resolves independently as either “Yes” or “No”.

Resolution Criteria:

“Pump” Market Targets:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the Binance BTC/USDT high candle price ("H") is above or equal to the respective Market Target at any point during the Observation Period.
• Resolves to “No” if not.

“Dump” Market Targets:

• Resolves to “Yes” if the Binance BTC/USDT low candle price ("L") is below or equal the respective Market Target at any point during the Observation Period.
• Resolves to “No” if not.

Resolution Details:

• Only the Binance BTC/USDT spot price chart will be considered, specifically:
  • One minute candles ("1m")
  • “Trading View”
  • High or Low candle price ("H"/"L")

Cancellation Conditions:

• The BTC/USDT spot market on Binance is suspended or becomes unreliable.
• The Binance platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions during the Market Period.
• Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking during the Market Period.

If the market is cancelled, participants can claim their stakes at the then-current market value of their shares, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of those shares at cancellation.
